Anthony Daniels is an English actor best known for portraying C-3PO throughout the Star Wars franchise. He originated the role in Star Wars: A New Hope and is the only actor to appear in all nine films of the Skywalker Saga.

Daniels performed or voiced C-3PO across the original trilogy, prequel trilogy and sequel trilogy. He also appeared as C-3PO in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, played the character Tak in Solo: A Star Wars Story and made additional cameo appearances as Lieutenant Dannl Faytonni in Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith.

Beyond the films, Daniels has voiced C-3PO in numerous Star Wars animated series, specials, video games, radio dramas and attractions, including Droids, The Clone Wars, Rebels, Resistance, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka and Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge.

His long association with the role has made him one of the franchise’s most consistent performers, a major presence at Star Wars events and the author of the memoir I Am C-3PO: The Inside Story.
