The R2-D2 Builders’ Parade showcased fan-built astromech droids moving together through the convention area. The parade gave builders a public moment to display their finished droids in motion and let attendees see a variety of construction styles, finishes and control systems. It was one of the most visible demonstrations of the R2 Builders community, combining engineering, screen accuracy and crowd-pleasing performance.
