By the Numbers: Attendance

How Big Has Celebration Gotten?

Celebration began with 20,000 fans at a Denver air museum in 1999. By Japan 2025, attendance had reached 105,000. Along the way, the convention hit some major milestones, including its first complete sellout in Anaheim.

Attendance by show

Anaheim 2015 was a turning point, with attendance jumping from 35,000 at the previous US show to 60,000. Not every Celebration has grown at the same pace, but the long-term trend tells quite a story.
